Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. After this window, the books are added to our processing queue and cancellation may not be possible.

Returns

Please note, we do not accept returns. Refunds are processed only for damaged or lost items.

Refunds

  • Refunds (full or partial) are only eligible in cases of damaged or lost items.
  • For damaged orders, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging, along with your order details.
  • All refund requests must be emailed to support@ruinedbyfiction.com.
  • Payment gateway and transaction fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

If you experience any issue with your order or delivery, please contact our support team directly so we can assist you promptly. If a payment dispute is raised without contacting our support team first, all outstanding orders linked to the same account or payment method will be canceled and refunded without further notice.
