Processing & Dispatch

All orders placed on Ruined By Fiction are pre-orders. Every book is made to order and dispatched within 3 months of the preorder closing date. This includes the time taken to source, customise, pack, and ship your order. Many orders ship ahead of schedule, but please plan for the full 3-month window.

You will receive an email notification when your order is packed and ready to ship, followed by a tracking update once dispatched.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, cancellations are not accepted as your order enters our production queue immediately. To cancel within this window, email us at support@ruinedbyfiction.com with your order number.

Please note that payment gateway charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund at the time of cancellation. The amount refunded will reflect the order total minus any transaction fees charged by the payment gateway.

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will resolve it.
