Processing & Dispatch
Most books on Ruined By Fiction are preorders and are made to order. Each product page shows its expected dispatch month; your order confirmation email shows the same month. For most books this is about 3 months after the preorder closes; unreleased titles take longer, and the dispatch month on the product page always applies.

This includes the time taken to import, customise, pack and ship your order. Many orders ship earlier, but please plan for the month mentioned in your order confirmation email.

If your order contains several books, they ship together once the last book is ready.

Ready-to-ship and damaged books are in stock and dispatched within 2-3 business days.

You’ll receive an email when your order is packed, followed by a tracking update once it ships.

Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, email us.

Import Duties and VAT
We don’t collect import duties or VAT at checkout. Your carrier may charge these, or handling fees, on delivery. These are paid by the customer.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, your order enters our production queue and can’t be cancelled. To cancel, email support@ruinedbyfiction.com with your order number within 24 hours.

Payment gateway fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

Returns
All sales are final; we don’t accept returns or exchanges. Damaged books from our clearance sale are sold as described and pictured. If your order arrives damaged in transit or incorrect, contact us and we’ll resolve it.
